Excalibur was formed in 1981 they were from Bradford/Newcastle/Wakefield not sure which is the right one all depending on which source of info you read. Anyway, this is the EP The Bitter end from 1985 with a new mix alongside the original plus some demos from 84/83 although the band formed 81 apart from a couple of demos this was the first recordings put to vinyl long since deleted so the fans of the band are overjoyed with this release overall it's well worth getting to have alongside the full album One Strange Night from 1990 and released on the Active label a masterpiece but very hard to find on CD these days.
