I was floored when I saw that this LP was released in digital form. It is not available on CD anywhere. So I bought the download. Its great to have it in my iTunes list. The only problem is that it is obviously taken from the LP source. This is most troubling as Essential Media Group (part of the gigantic BMG music) obviously would have access to the master tapes. Still, the LP is exceptionally rare to find in good shape, so its nice to have this digitally. But the down side is the laziness with which this and other great mid-century music has been treated--or not treated when it is reissued. C'mon guys, how about some clear sparkling released direectly from the master tapes!!
