The first table came not in its original box and defected. We waited for the replacement with a lot of anxiety. It finally came and it is perfect. Well packed in the original box, though the package was dented and broken, the table was protected and had not even a scratch. The table works perfectly in the small area we have, so we were willing to pay a lot of money for it. Glad it works out at the end. This is a great idea for a table. Seems to work well. Not sure what the extra tools were for and hope we don’t need to find out. Love that it can be a coffee table, game table or even an extra dining table. Adds functionality to a family room. It is a little clunky and industrial, but we selected it for the ability to configure for different uses and to hopefully move the legos, games and science experiments off the dining room table.I renovated a small carriage house with a combined kitchen and living room. The L-shaped couch is opposite the L-shaped kitchen. This table was the perfect piece of furniture for the space. It serves as a low coffee table, but can be quickly converted into a standard height table/desk. The top opens up to double the table space--enough for serving four diners or for playing Mahjong. The table is very sturdy in all configurations--just remember to rotate the top if you unfold it. It is heavy. If you have to carry it up stairs, get someone to help you.Had seen an ad for a version of this that cost over $1000, and took to Amazon to find an alternative. Found this, and it has not disappointed. With limited space and working from home, the dining room became an office, and with the help of this table, the living room can become a dining room in under a minute. It feels good to eat meals with the family around a real dinning room table. When not in "Dinning mode" it also makes a fantastic coffee table in "low mode."Solid construction. Easy to raise, lower, and convert. Tends to slide along my faux wood floors when converting, but a small throw rug solved that problem.Purchased some cloth-padded folding chairs to match, and now have an on-demand dinning room, when needed. A real improvement to quality of life when living in a small space! The table is just ok. It does everything I need it to, but in a unpretty way. The package came in kind of broken and chipped. Despite that, the actual table is easy to maneuver, but the accuracy when you swivel the table is not great. It slightly overturns and jiggles. I added some padding beneath to prevent that. If they just polish some small things it would be a whole lot better. The table is solid, however, there were a lot of imperfections on the table itself. Someone spending the money and buying brand new should not have these defects. The table arrived with the delivery box nearly falling to pieces. The corner of the wooden table top was chipped and damaged. No parts or instructions were included.Living in an apartment appears to be something that is not changing in my life. I have yet to motivate myself to acquire a financial situation that allows me to be an artist and make enough to transcend that kind of living quarters. With this reality set in place i am always looking for furniture or other items that are apartment friendly. What i mean by this is a device or house accessory that is designed specially to be compact or extra ergonomic. Larger things like kitchen tables or living room tables/entertainment stands can become a hassle with limited space that is already dedicated to musical equipment and books. With this awesome multifunction table from the Myselfly brand i have the option to make this table my kitchen one or break it down into a compact coffee table variation.I love this table and really like how sturdy it is. This is meant to be able to be broken down and moved around a lot. My main kitchen table is one of those wood things that you have to be careful how you move it making this multi table that much more inviting. One of the main benefits of this table is for pet owners in that the legs are metal and not of some scratch able material like the wood of my main kitchen table. Mt two cats just sat there and stared at this table confused, not knowing how to dig into the metal legs because they are used to the wood legs that easily accept cat clawing. This table reminds me of a keyboard stand in that there is a user friendly button on the side that allows you to adjust the height. The main table top breaks down in the center so one side folds under allowing the formation of a coffee table instead of a full sized one.I like how this is a two section fused leg design so you do not have to worry about a balanced table on four legs. This design is another reason why i compared it to a keyboard stand because it has that fold out style.I love the teakwood of the table top surface which gives it a grey mixed with white look. This color approach is sure to match up with most kitchens or living rooms. The setup is hassle free and the table does not weight that much. I was able to pick up the package when it arrived in the mail with not too much trouble, because it felt like it weighed about sixty pounds or so.The surface is durable so you do not have to be concerned about tossing your keys on it or setting a drink down on it without a coaster (though it is always a good habit to use coasters). In conclusion i am very happy with this table and recommend it.
